Is there a minimum rental period?

How are my valuables protected?
Our safe deposit boxes are housed in a secure vault, with 24/7 monitored facilities, advanced security systems, including surveillance cameras and alarm systems.
In addition to strict security and access protocols to the facilities, each box is locked with a dual cylinder system with two keys. All safe boxes feature multi-shielding technology.
Can I access my safety box anytime?
Access hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm and Saturdays from 9am through 1pm. On the Other, we provide access to your belonging 24/7 with an appointment made in advance when the time is out of our regular business hours. Please check with us for more details.
What identification do I need to rent a safety box?
You will typically need a government-issued ID (cedula, resident card, or passport), a second ID (passport, driver’s license, or company ID) and you may need to provide proof of address. Check with us for more specific requirements.
Can I store anything in the safety box?

Yes. You can add people up to the second degree of consanguinity, a married partner, and a close relative.
Who can enter the facilities?
Only clients and their authorized persons can enter the Panama Vaults facilities, which must be included in the safety deposit box rental service contract.

No, Panama Vaults cannot under any circumstances open any client's safety deposit box, since each safe has 2 unique cylinders; where 1 of them has the key held by the client and the other by Panama Vaults.
