Exchange Policy

As a Panama Vaults customer, you can request a change in the size of the safe you have rented at any time. To do so, you only need to consider the following:
  • If the change is for a larger safety box than the one you currently have, the change can be made immediately, only a pro-rate of the time remaining in the current billing period is calculated, and the billing for the difference that must be paid at the time the change is completed would proceed.

  • If the change is for a smaller safe than the one you currently have, the change can be made at the end of the current billing period, then, for the new period, the billing corresponding to the size of the safe selected for the new period would proceed.

Return Policy

Just as it is stipulated in the safe deposit box rental contract that the client signed at the beginning of the billing period, in the second clause, "...It is understood and agreed that this sum, once paid, will not be returned by PANAMA VAULTS to the CLIENT, either in whole or in part, under any circumstances."
